Bring a Buddy day is open to any non-member of CrossFit Iron Horse.

Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

*If you were invited to a small group or personal training session, please come on in whenever your friend is booked with their coach.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude!

Group CrossFit
Train alongside a supportive community in high-energy classes designed to challenge and motivate you. Every workout is coached and scalable to your fitness level—so you’ll be pushed safely while still having fun.
Best for: People with some fitness experience who thrive in a group environment and want accountability.


Small Group Strength Training
Train in a focused, small-group setting using traditional strength training methods. You’ll get plenty of coaching, individualized adjustments, and the support of a close-knit group—so you can build strength with confidence and proper technique.
Best for: Beginners, or anyone looking to build strength with more guidance and a slightly lower-intensity pace than CrossFit.

2:1 Personal Training
Get personalized coaching in a small, focused setting with just you and a partner. Every session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and pace—so you build confidence, move safely, and see consistent progress.
Best for: Beginners or anyone who wants more guidance, structure, and individual attention.
